Advanced user of MailchimpWhat do you like best?
This software is very intuitive. It is easy to navigate, and the large selection of predesigned templates available provides a great starting point for sending out engaging and eye-catching emails. You don't have to have previous knowledge of coding or be a designer to create and send professional-looking emails.
What do you dislike?
It can be on the pricier end when it comes to email marketing solutions; it depends on how many subscribers you have on your lists. But having unlimited sends is a huge perk.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a turn-key solution to your email marketing needs, Mailchimp provides that. Their built-in helpful suggestions and recommendations are easy to follow and implement. If you are switching over from another provider or bringing over a sizeable existing list of email subscribers, I would check to see the costs, as it varies depending on the number of addresses you have.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Sending out regular email newsletters through Mailchimp is an excellent way to get exposure, engage with our audience and drive traffic back to our website. We can also sell advertising placements and space within the newsletter mailings, which is a great way to generate extra revenue.
