Central has a review system that allows your SMEs to collaborate on content without needing a Central license themselves. The analytics provide easy-to-understand information about what your customers are searching for and what they may find confusing about your content.
MadCap recently introduced a multi-step process for setting content live on the web. I understand the additional functionality it provides, but it makes it more time-consuming and a bit confusing. Also, the user interface is pretty tough on older eyes.
It used to be a pain to deliver content, but with the integration of Flare and Central, getting content built and delivered is easy and fast.
