-Easy to use WYSIWYG topic editor, as well as HTML source mode.
-Global Find and Replace. You can easily clean up your content and styles, find and replace all occurrences of an external URL, and much more!

Full featured and flexible documentation environment. Great Support.

What do you like best?

The ClickHelp authoring environment is comfortable to work within, and offers a familiar set of word-processing tools and features. The single-sourcing options are excellent. The online documentation output is very professional looking. I commend the ClickHelp team for their personal and attentive support - my questions were handled professionally, courteously, and with a dedication to a helpful answer and resolution.

What do you dislike?

It would be great if there were some simpler methods for editing common text styles other than direct CSS configuration.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We desired a professional online documentation portal for supporting users of internal software products. It has been easy to quickly correct, improve, and update our published docs, and to allow colleagues the opportunity to easily review the content before publication.
