What do you like best?
Good settings possible so that I can organize carpooling within the company - we usually use the service in the early morning to get to work. The shared function for internal company rides is unique.
What do you dislike?
In our accident on the highway (flat tire) we were not offered a refund despite a complaint.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The app allows us to make a quick booking without having to wait long. Drivers are punctual and precise. Cars in good condition - prices for the rides are good. This service is available everywhere.
