Horrible customer support. if you ask a question, they send you a templated answer like a robot. they won't talk to verbally and they refuse to face difficult questions. There is an option to set up a meeting to give them feedback but when you press this option they say you can't book a session because of no availability for the next 2 month. ( wont let you book anything past that) .
one fact I keep trying to discuss with them but they won't have a straight conversation with me is the following. They will not refund you for bad data and some of their data is ancient, over 10 years old. they want you to be the one that helps them filter this bad data, at a charge to yourself not them. So they sell you this platform, won't refund bad data and they benefit off the fact that these users are cleaning the data for them....and paying them monthly membership to do so. Its absurd
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
To be fair, there is another side to this coin. Lusha is so easy to use you don't spend time inputting data on another platform. In my experience so far, they have data on about 40-50% of the people I view on Linkedin and out of that about 25-45% of the time it will be valid data. (I'm referring mainly here to direct dials but some emails were also vastly out of date)
