slow and difficult to use

What do you like best?

It opens pdf files. It's the programme I've been given.

What do you dislike?

Difficult to copy text to put into other documents. slow to open files, always asks for permission before grudgingly letting me read the text. Takes several clicks to get the pdf open.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

No problems are being solved with Lumin. I wish I could get Acrobat to open documents from my Gmail drive.

There are no benefits to using Lumin other than limited access to pdf files from googledocs
