Overall it's user friendly wallet, but they have outrageous fees.

What do you like best?

It's a legit wallet, they won't scam you like Trust Wallet, but will charge you a lot of fees.

I recently deposited $185 of ethereum to exchange for Dent coins, they took 2500 Dent Coins, and gave me roughly 5000 coins for $185 of Ethereum, now that's pretty uncool, and they don't warn you before you make the exchange. Also I could of did this with Changelly Exchange instead of using the Lumi Wallet. I don't see the big deal taking 2500 dent coins when the exchange is taking place in their wallet, a $25 fee would of been more reasonable, there fees are outrageous.

One thing to say you can Exchange Dent for Ethereum or Bitcoin so that's a plus. If I want to get my coins out of their wallet and move them to another wallet like Exodus Wallet, the Lumi Wallet will charge you $100 of Ethereum to move your coins, outrageous fees, and if I have, say $3000 Ethereum or Bitcoin they will charge you $100 to move your coins.... wow weeee that's pretty expensive. I would use Coinbase or Exodus Wallet... if you have Tron Classic, the Lumi Wallet will store your coins, do not use Trust Wallet, they will steal your coins. Lumi

Wallet is a trust worthy wallet but will charge you some high fees, but what's new, crypto is a expensive business sometimes.... also Ethereum and Bitcoin are the way to go, don't waste your time with all these other coins that pump and dump... hmmm

What do you dislike?

Not to much to tell, just - Outrageous Fees.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

They can hold all kinds of different coins, but to exchange them or remove them they will charge over $100 for fees.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I think they could reduce their cost on fees, exchanges and get more customers. Their fees are more expensive than Coinbase...
