Since it is a free offering, all our clients love it too as they get to see how their website is behaving across a wide variety of screens.

We can take screenshots or record the videos and share them with the clients. It just brings better transparency. Even if a client is having any specific requirement or finds a bug on any resolution we can rectify it quickly with the help of custom resolution capabilities and built in debugger. It definitely made our job easier.
