What do you like best?
I like that the software has been exciting to me because I deal with my customers all the time. It's straightforward and convenient to use, it's not slow at all, and it maintains an excellent distribution line. I think it's incredible to localize your tools and start providing solutions quickly.
What do you dislike?
I don't particularly appreciate that the price is too high, the software does good things, but I consider it to be very expensive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it for any technical support process; it has given excellent manageability for all types of customer query resolution management. Without a doubt, it has demonstrated optimal functionality.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are using an exciting tool which is this one for internal support. It has been exceptional to indicate a new informative version of case resolution. The ROI has been excellent; there is no negative difference between the price and what it produces for our company.
