Easy to use!

What do you like best?

The ease of the platform is the best part, to recognize an order fulfill and invoice its been fast to grasp and teach the team.

What do you dislike?

I would give logicbroker a 10 if it wasn't for the reporting. Every other platform used for business analytics from Google to Facebook can be pulled by KPI by month. On LB I have to take a class, read up just on how to create and pull reports. It should be as intuituve as the shipping. I very very much dislike the reporting and it makes it difficult to verify and communicate with my partners. I would like to see sales by month, units, and amount to invoice by month as a drop down options.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Revise reporting to have the ease of Google Analytics, FB Ads etc. If this is changed my rating would be 10/10. I did contact support for help to which I was sent pages and pages of instructiosn to read. I dont have time to read instructions on how to pull reports. I have been able to pull reporting on various SAAS and DTC platform - If LB is unable to revise reporting ability at lease offer 1 min guided videos instead of support sending users to fend for themselves in time consuming artciles.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As a brand, benefits are added distribution partners and fast invoicing meaning more sales and cash in the bank.
