What do you like best?
We have recently started using this tool for managing sales and customer relationship for our business and we are happy with our choice. This CRM is easy to understand and import all our contact details and send them emails. Also we can keep the progress of all our deals checked here and all team members get notifications when we win or loss a deal. It is easy to sort everything in this tool
What do you dislike?
I am still figuring out this tool and did not come across major flaw in this tool
