A lot of potential (for serious CX professionals)

What do you like best?

The completely assisted business model. Not like 'what you see is what you get' kind of a deal. Multiple raters to choose from, detailed insights and dedicated success managers to help manage the overall program efficiently.

What do you dislike?

Response times from success managers. Lacks click to redirect functionality (for external URLs) on buttons.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are considering LitmusWorld please bear in mind that this is not in any way comparable to the likes of a Google Form or a survey monkey. The platform can be used in multiple ways beyond just capturing user feedback. They also provide an EX solution and the bundled package is a way better deal than purchasing each package individually. Their recent product update - "Accelerate" brings a new bunch of features and UI changes, which I really like. One of the key differentiators is the data masking technology which makes it suitable for BFSI and other data security-focused industries. You should definitely add them to your evaluation list.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to identify the ground reality with LitmusWorld. We no longer contemplate customer emotions from the board room. We have data that shows the true picture. Real-time feedback requests help us in capturing customer emotions right when they happen and we have the opportunity for immediate damage control.
