The price is almost unbelievable, you get a lot for the money. Our use is a bit different than most, and the team has helped us find ways to make things work smoothly.
The team is relatively small, which could be viewed as a limitation, but the support and communication level is second-to-none.
For our particular use, sometimes controlling all marketplaces in a central location is cumbersome, but we have found ways to make it work for our needs. That one things is a small price to pay for the ability to sell confidently on multiple marketplaces and know you are not overselling.
I'd like to see reporting expanded exponentially, but it does handle the basics.
Overselling is gone, which is huge peace of mind. We had previously limited sales of certain items that took a long-time to restock to single marketplaces, to limit oversell. That problem is gone and sales are up because of it, no doubt.
