Linkpoint 360 is a useful tool for syncing emails to records in Salesforce

What do you like best?

The software is really intuitive and easy to use. The chat support function is also easy and answers any questions you may have. Linkpoint syncs great with outlook and salesforce; it's also very reasonably priced for the convenience of it.

What do you dislike?

The worst thing about it is it is not compatible with Mac OSX, which is my primary work computer at home. Also not compatible with cloud softwares like Gmail.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The ability to add an opportunity from Outlook is a huge benefit and something I used often. It ties my contact to the opportunity and saves a lot of work if I had entered directly from from Salesforce
