What do you like best?

I like that it is a network of professionals that allow to search for finding the best candidate for the best fits role.

I like the search feature of the LinkedIn because not only you can find the candidate related to the field but you can also get to know people similar to the candidate profile also look for search feature, this help to find and consider other candidate in the pool and eventually you can search and find the perfect candidate. With LinkedIn you can search for new opportunity with wide variety of option like location, area of search etc, this will help to narrow down your search for job and finding the right company.

What do you dislike?

I wish to have good automation API of the LinkedIn, i should able to integrate with my recruiting software with integration of the plugin and the code so that i can connect my HR software with LinkedIn API directly. I wish to further improvement in their search engine algorithm that show and match people to the job.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

its user friendly and easy to use to hire best talent in the industry with best search feature. Its great tool for marketing and sponsoring campaign as well. with marketing feature you can simply choose field of industry of the people and do the marketing in the wider audience. I would recommend using of LinkedIn in recruitment and marketing.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am particularity solving the problem of hiring of the people in the organization and the marketing of our product, with the search feature of the LinkedIn i can easily contact about the job opportunity and invite them for the interview. With this i am bringing best talent in the company. I can also do marketing and sponsoring campaign of my product to the wider audience which is helping in the revenue of the product.
