The LigoLab LIS & RCM Operating Platform streamlines processes and improves outcomes. It features the TestDirectly Direct-to-Consumer Portal (D2C) that simplifies COVID-19 collection, testing, and reporting workflows.

In addition to the portal, LigoLab’s customizable platform also includes modules for Anatomic Pathology (AP), Clinical Pathology (CP), Molecular Diagnostics (MDx), and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). All are united on one software infrastructure that connects every department and process, ensuring end-to-end data integrity.

The LigoLab platform merges the laboratory information system and revenue cycle management workflows and gives users the power to capture patient demographics and verify insurance at order entry. This results in fewer errors, a higher percentage of clean claims paid, streamlined operations, and significant revenue growth.

What do you like best?

With the loss of our IT Manager I was sort of thrown in to doing some things that I had little to no training on. Although I am usually able to figure it out myself I often have had to rely on LIGO help. On top of that I am getting COVID fatigue and at times, as I'm with LIGO help on a team viewer session or such I will suddenly see the problem and feel like an idiot. I am normally very sensitive to 'hearing' any sort of frustration in someone's voice and either they are very good at hiding it or they just don't get frustrated. They have always been extremely kind, patient and helpful. They are truly the poster children for customer service.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it feels like there are many different ways to accomplish one thing and for me that is a little frustrating. Having said that, I've had that same experience with different systems. I don't necessarily think it's a bad thing, I just find it confusing sometimes.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
