What do you like best?

What a wonderful system software that assist me in identifying location of the crime hotspot zones without directly going to the field thus saving much time for me while in the office.

What do you dislike?

With the effective usage of this software i haven't face negative sides. This is because this system is of the great significance to my work by consolidating the dispatching, incident mapping and field reporting.
