Huge Improvement in Onboarding
What do you like best?
Lessonly has been really helpful in onboarding new CX agents. We've cut down training time in half. We are able to provide agents with more knowledge and a database to refer back to that's easy to use.
What do you dislike?
Not much! It was a little confusing at first, but once we got the hang of how to do put lessons together it was really simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe that the majority of companies can benefit from Lessonly in a number of ways. Currently, we use it for onboarding and training in Customer Service. However, it can be used for training in all departments and in numerous different ways. There are a lot of unique qualities and the ease of the program (once you're familiar with it) has been substantial for us.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We're able to provide our team with a thorough database of processes. This resulted in less onboarding time, less confusion, fewer questions, and less confusion all around.
