Advanced user of Learnsmarter EngageThis system manages course bookings and programmes, integrating seamlessly with the Salesforce platform. Not only does it handle the bookings and invoicing, but registrations, trainer availability and communication. I was really excited to see how the length of courses could be changed with drag-and-drop capability and it really is the only app designed for training companies on the Salesforce platform.
Some of the UX is labelled in dev language and creating an inhouse course requires a few more clicks than I would like
The ability to swap training resources quickly and run a complex query to find trainers with the right skills and availability in one click - that's really powerful
