What do you like best?
I love the plethora of research and information compiled by Harvard for the review of anyone who has access. This data is essential to making informed decisions.
What do you dislike?
The searching mechanisms and archives could be a bit smarter. You have to leant to work the system rather than the system being smart enough to recommend or steer research towards an actual topic.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having enough data and pulling information from sources outside our immediate experiences. Harvard also provides an avenue, limited, for personal publishing.
