LeadSift provides valuable intent-based data along with strategic business insights

What do you like best?

LeadSift has been very easy to work with because they provide an experienced team that consults with us about our business objectives to build a tailored campaign. We collaborate regularly and make adjustments based on how the campaigns are performing. They also knew how to automate the process with our marketing platform so we have minimal overhead to maintain the intent-based marketing program.

What do you dislike?

The LeadSift portal interface provides real-time access to monitor and manage our campaigns. The tool is quite useful but could potentially be improved, fortunately anything I haven't been able to do with the self-service portal has been quickly handled by the LeadSift team.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The problem is that we wanted our B2B marketing activities to focus on the most relevant accounts. LeadSift has helped us by providing intent-based research using our target customer profile and buyer persona to identify which organizations are signaling interest in our solutions based on intent trigger keywords. This has helped take a more strategic approach to finding marketing qualified leads and reduce our buying cycle.
