What do you like best?

This add on had alot of potential. They way it was supposed to work sounded great. We had nothing but issues with this.

What do you dislike?

It never worked correctly. Every time we tried to add a deadline it would disappear. Beyond that, it was not user friendly at all. We did not have time to wait for them to fix the issues and hours to train staff.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Just don't. I'm sure there are much better programs out there. Was eventually contacted by someone from the company but not at the time when we were having issues. They did not seem concerned until I left a review for their product.
