What do you like best?

The labcollector system has become my best assistant, because it provides me with very complete analyzes in order to study and prevent serious and not so serious cases of diseases that arrive in my laboratory. This system gives me the possibility to manage the samples of my patients in an organized and fast way, allowing me to manage them by level of severity if this is the case.

I like this system because it allows me to better manage everything that has to do with updating the data, because it is important to keep up to date with this type of medical studies, this software also allows us to have a database in the cloud, which We can dispose at any time.

I really like the support provided by the technical support team, as it is a very committed and attentive team that has solved many errors that the system has presented and the human errors of my team.

What do you dislike?

One of the things that I do not like is that sometimes the system gets very slow, of course it is not for less for the amount of information that my business managers, however, it is not something strong that allows me to complain about the good service that Labcollector lends me.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This system is the best I have used for my clinical laboratory and I do not change it for anything, I recommend it to all my competitors in the sector.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Thanks to this system, my work team has been able to be much more organized and efficient in the management process, gaining with it the trust of our clients and a better reputation in the bio analysis sector which is one of the most complex and disputed in my country. Likewise, we have been able to save money in terms of handling the paperwork, since this expense has decreased considerably.
