Great Experience

What do you like best?

It is very easy to find employee names that I want to recognize. I also love that there are multiple categories for recognition (i.e. thanks, incredible, etc). Navigating the site is very easy and user friendly. It is cool that you can respond to reviews and thank people for sending them, and i also love that it keeps track of birthdays and anniversaries so I can recognize people without having to keep those dates in my own calendar! It is also very easy to cash out reward points, and there are lots of amazing options for the rewards.

What do you dislike?

I wish I was able to assign points to employees myself as opposed to having a director do it, but I think this might be an organizational decision vs a Kudos thing.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are increasing employee morale and engagement. We have seen employees very happy when they receive recognition.
