What do you like best?
Kotis has been an amazing partner. We threw a lot at them when we first signed and they've since delivered on all fronts. What do you dislike?
There's a bit of a learning curve to their user interface as some things are not intuitively where one would look for certain functionality.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use Kotis to ship our users a welcome box when they join us. We originally planned for that to be our only form of partnership with them, but as we've grown we've realized that many of our other needs could be met with them as well - including a seamless online store, analytics and trends from our order history, and a better process for placing swag orders that saves our team members a considerable amount of time.
