What do you like best?
Every week I get a snapshot of the progress of our leadership team. Ten minutes of reading and I have an overview how everyone is helping to drive the company forward. It's really valuable for the other members of the leadership team as they have the same overview and insight, this has proven to boost morale and act as a motivator too.
What do you dislike?
I'd like to be able to view any comments that are @directed towards me in one place. I'm not sure this is currently possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Prior to Koan we used a Google sheet to track our OKRs, Koan raised the bar considerably. I use a lot of Saas products, as a CEO it is my no.1 tool.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I felt I had a lack of sight and control within my business. Whilst I'm keen to empower the team, I like to have sight of how they are getting on but without disrupting their flow or having to have specific meetings. Koan provides a great framework for tracking progress towards OKRs with both quant and qual information.
