What do you like best?

Very user-friendly, taking 10minutes maximum to on-board and understand its functionality. Robust audit-trail captures all information and decisions, delivering all my compliance needs. With regular use, it becomes an easily accessible and secure repository of all historical knowledge on my clients, improving the efficiency of future advice.

What do you dislike?

No ability at the moment to print a specific post - would be good if this functionality could be developed.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Knowa just needs a few weeks of effort to break the habbit of a lifetime (using email for all correspondence and collaboration). But then the results speak for themselves - transparent, easy to search audit-trail of all your correspondence/decisions/documents. The potential of which only grows the more you use Knowa.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Enables collaboration with various parties in a structured way that meets my governance needs. Compared to Slack/Teams (unstructured and chaotic) and email (lacking audit-trail and creates significant security risks), Knowa offers me what I need to develop and deliver advice to my clients.
