What do you like best?

The people are generally lovely and try to be helpful when there are issues.

What do you dislike?

The tool is generally pretty basic. The website says enterprise everywhere, but the way the interface is laid out, the lack of certain professional functionality anyone would expect (such as proper permissions, folders, error handling), it's pretty clear this is a shoestring operation. They may have one or two big clients, but I can't see how any real marketing organization could use this on an ongoing basis.

It was kind of a bait and switch from what the website and salesperson said it was, to what it actually is. You can get something better for much less money by just using beefree.io.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Pick something better than knak. There are other email template builders, some are free if you don't have budget, and some that are more professional and made for enterprise. I would not choose Knak again.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We bought the software to try and make good-looking emails faster. We've made emails, but it is not a tool I would choose to pay for again.
