What do you like best?

It drives up the sales of my small retail business because it gives my customers the options to pay over time, but I receive the pay out up front.

What do you dislike?

I really struggled to set it up (I had to integrate it with 3D Cart) and almost chose to forgo using it all together. Their support team was really friendly and patient, thought. Also, like all payment portals, the commission is a little higher than I would like.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I'd say that if you're considering a tool like Klarna (or Klarna itself) that over all, it's a benefit to my small business. If you're struggling to integrate it with your store, definitely reach out to their support team. I know in this day and age, we kind of want to avoid the hassle, but they're really great at what they do!
