Advanced user of KibanaElastic gives my team (Customer Success) access to parse and analyze data generated from our systems in order to make decisions but also to give our customers deep insights into what is happening in terms of their team's usage on our platform as well as data that is collected through their end users.
It's possible for non technical people to learn but it isn't idiot proof. It still feels like a tech product that data analysts or engineers will have an easier time using. 2 people on my team are "good" a handful are adept, and some are still getting the basics down.
It's a pretty powerful front end. If you use elastic already this can offload data work to other teams.
We collect a TON of data but it wasn't traditionally available without engineers pulling it out of the system manually. With Kibana on top of elastic we built standardized reports and can do a la cart data analysis without needing our eng team.
