What do you like best?

Easy integration with multiple platforms. When logging into the webmail interface, there's a link for automatically downloading and installing profiles to your specific device.

What do you dislike?

The admin console is very slow and buggy. Using Chrome on a Mac, the email user list shows the same user address for every entry.

Most recently, a bug in their system prevented us from paying invoices online. This was a problem because we couldn't add a new user without paying the pro-rated invoice. It took more than a week for them to allow the new user to be added without paying the invoice. It then took another several weeks before they solved the payment problem.

The spam filter/interface is unwieldy. Also, I often find the spam notification emails IN THE SPAM FOLDER.

Periodically emails just don't go through and no warning is given. That's fun.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Kerio was bought by GFI a few years ago. Since then, the level of support has plummeted. We're going to switch to either GMail or Exchange within a few months.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

General email stuff. When it works, it's fine.
