Advanced user of Keeper.fyiWhen building documents for marketing and sales, we always use other already existing documents to build on - never reinvent the wheel. But I'm always having to search for multiple documents, open each of them, and search for the terms/sections I need to build the new document - quite a few repetitive steps. I also have to do this every time I need to find another document or search term. Instead, we're able to call up all the results we need in one view. I can see 4 documents at once and compare/find what I need. This new process is significantly faster and much less of a headache compared to manually searching for text within files across multiple folders.
The tool has great utility and promise. And true to its early, utilitarian nature, the tool currently lacks advanced features that would have made it even more of an impact. But, we're told that these features are under rapid development as we speak, and the staff have been very communicative with my feedback - very professional.
Definitely on to something.
Finding the specific text or section of some document among many versions takes a lot of time. The tool provides a method and view of internal search that cuts the number of steps required to find what you need. Switching between documents is a huge pain - seeing them all in one view makes the task truly manageable compared to before.
