I am stunned by the fact that there are still companies/people who value money over customers. Yesterday, I had the worst experience with one of our service providers. Karix
One of their senior sales executives denied recharging our account with SMS credits stating that he can't process our request without us initiating the payment first when I reached him at a late hour after getting multiple emails from our customers on sms issue.
This gentleman continued to deny our request stating that it is their company norm not to renew any account, although I reached him at a late hour since it is an emergency as our services to our customers were getting affected.
After an umpteen number of emails & follow-ups, he processed our request in a short time of 7 hours. Isn't that amazing.
We fed up with the way that they responded when we needed their support at a crucial time. We immediately reached out to a customer-centric vendor and moved on without a second thought.
We're disappointed with your support, team Karix.
I will definitely never recommend Karix to anyone because their worst service.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I don't think they've resolved any business problem apart from providing a general sms service which all the vendor in the market does in a efficient way better than these guys.
