Pros: Kanban Zone provides an excellent space for the organization and management of activities within any work team thanks to the incorporation of its virtual boards, which allow us to visualize the ongoing and pending activities to all team members. as well as those responsible for each activity, which is quite useful if we consider that our team is made up of 15 members, so maintaining order is essential. The first time we used it, I could see that it was quite simple and easy to handle, creating an entry on the board was super simple, plus there I could place the entire description of the activity that had to be developed at that time Another point that I found particularly useful was the fact that the dashboard could be exported to Excel, which allowed us to have a backup in case the web platform did not want to work for us at any given time. Compared to other similar applications such as trello or asana, Kanban Zone provides greater flexibility when making configurations and customizations to our boards, which makes it ideal for new users who are unaware of the use of a virtual board to organize their activities.

In some cases, the dashboard could not be accessed correctly, I don't know if it is due to a common system failure or problems with the internet connection.
