Advanced user of JustOKRsWhen I think about this product, I think about the overarching simplicity of it. Businesses often fall into the trap of over-engineering their goals. When they do that, they spend more time getting stuck in stakeholder analysis than actually getting the work done. This product forces you to keep your goals streamlined and simple and get it done!
I still sometimes need to think about where I need to click to update certain areas (i.e., if I want to update the comments, I often can't remember where I have to go.) To that end, I think the UI could be a little more intuitive, but that's being VERY nit-picky. If I am starting a business or a team, I am coming to JustOKRs right away.
Mainly, we are streamlining all of our strategies into one tool. And keeping it focussed.
In doing this, we're able to isolate road blocked items faster and can celebrate wins more readily because they are more evident to us.
