Video does not play on mobile - Support is terrible

What do you like best?

I like that the service good for sharing training videos, documents, and customizing with your company logo.

What do you dislike?

Support is horrendous! Your issues will not be resolved by Jumpshare. There will be no attempts to resolve the problem. Most clients use mobile today, and when videos refuse to render on mobile, then the software becomes useless.
