What do you like best?

Jottacloud is easy to use, very fast to load the files since it does not limit the speed of uploads and downloads. It has excellent multimedia features. Its history of file versions is unlimited and offers good features in terms of privacy and security. I also like that it allows me to upload several files simultaneously.

What do you dislike?

The customer service is not very fast. I had a question about the installation and it took them several days to answer it, however, the answer did not clarify my doubt and I had to scale the ticket again to solve the problem. In the end, they responded to the days but I had already solved it with an online tutorial.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Jottacloud is a complete and powerful cloud service. It does not present limitations for loading and unloading files. It is fast, reliable and for multiple devices. It has a good cost-benefit ratio. I recommend it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As an architect of solutions, I have to manage several SOA services configuration files that I edit on my computer in order to share them with my co-workers and that they are implemented in the environment area. Jottacloud allows easy sharing in several versions on different devices.
