Advanced user of JGameThis was used in a different time and a different era where the smartphones weren't the king and you will use the almost dying Flash and the pretty much dead Java J2ME in your phones. And you will be able to create games with this "library", a good solution at that time. Also I think they had a beta for Android but never used it. Also they had OpenGL support which was a technology that I really love.
This is an abandoned project and it was used in technologies that aren't currently relevant. I would say working inside Flash was a pain (at least for me, there was a lot of people that really enjoyed it) but the good part was they also worked using J2ME that were easier to implement in my honest opinion.
You shouldn't be considering this, if you want a web based video game you should use other technologies like phaser or using plain HTML5 canvas or if your plan is go mobile you could use cocoa2d or similar. But this is outdated.
None at this moment and I don't think you could create a good product now a days with this kind of technologies.
