What do you like best?
The software generally has a clean interface, works fairly logically, good graphics and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike?
It didn't provide even the core advertised functionality. Never worked as advertised and had constant bugs and issues that negatively affected our end users. They billed us for computers that weren't checking in due to their software issues. Their solution constantly missed devices trying to auto-enroll even after we confirmed with Apple that they were correctly being sent to Jamf for enrollment. Installed unverified profiles on our computers that we can't remove.
