Perfect Business Ssupport

What do you like best?

The Jagger support availability and business understanding makes the problem resolution process a lot more simpler, there are some really talented support staff who understand the nuances of public procurement and Ontario Tender Portal's ("OTP") functionality and are always capable of filling the gap and addressing the challenge that we face in our day to day utilization of the portal.

The top 2 things I would recommend are:

1. On-call and over the email support with fast turn around times.

2. In depth understanding of business requirements and the portal functionality.

I would highly recommend Jaggaer in terms of the functionalities available and excellent Technical support team

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

At times while publishing RFP's on the OTP we have faced challenges when we intend to do customizations on the types of questions and weather something is possible or not, Jagger team has always been of utmost support and rendering that advice and potential solutions to our problems and if there is no ready solution the Jagger support keeps us informed of the timelines when they will get back to us with the solution and they have always managed to get back before the stipulated time. I would say the support team is very reliable.
