What do you like best?

ability to see you full inventory of devices and ability to update and control. information the system provided was a great resource in find what was on the network as well as controlling what our end users could and could not do. the support team for the product goes above and beyond to help and educate. responses from the support team were also fast and informative.

What do you dislike?

Learning curve of the software but once learned it is easy to use. other then that I have had no issues with the product for that it intended function is.

if you are looking for and all in one EPM or MDM this is the product for you

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

having over 300 devices it makes it easier to have a smaller IT staff to be able to support all the devices at once
