What do you like best?

Ivanti's integration into multiple products makes it easy to use, and is certainly beneficial.

What do you dislike?

Other products have come out to surpass Ivanti's featureset, and for whatever reason (I honestly am unclear), they are more successfull in useability. I have encountered many more problems using Ivanti, as opposed to 2 other products I can think of right now.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

In my experience with LANDesk, Ivanti's aqquisition of the product, and the connector, it's support has improved and is generally a safe bet from that perspective. The tool is also fairly easy to use, and productive in it's use. It is easy to use, and accomplishes the tasks it was built for.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We currently use Ivanti / LANDesk, for our ticketing system, and also for pushing patches, as well as software to endpoints.
