What do you like best?
If I need any help, customer service is always there to answer any questions and solve your issues! Great service! Love the system! The IVANS exchange helps me keep track of what carriers that my agency is connected with and if they have a new product that they are offering for downloads, I can get with that carrier to get set up.
What do you dislike?
I have not had any issues or dislikes with the IVANS system. If I needed a carrier to get set up for downloads, they have always assisted me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend any one that is looking for ease of use of the system as well as great communnication and customer service to try IVANS in whatever industry they are in.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Alleviating the time and effort I would have to use to input my customers information into my agency management system manually, By having the carriers download them I save valuable time that I can use to assist my customers.
