What do you like best?

Powerful search to help employees find products and services they need, create kits or save favourites. After operating in the software, it is quick and easy to operate.

What do you dislike?

A bit difficult to initially operate. Could be slightly more user-friendly in regards to customer experience.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is an excellent solution to source, contract, buy and manage your services spend and suppliers. Automatically assign cost categories based on the user profile and the type of purchase, while keeping track of your budget.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Allows us to track the amount of capital we are using on various software, products, etc. Gives us the insights/analytics to determine where we are spending most of our money.
