ISL is a trustable and good firm with a solid reseller-system!
What do you like best?
The support is fast, they answer fast to a question or ticket. Also the feedback is good to the local distribitutor if you have questions or complaints about a feature. They are proactively keep the chain of communication in the right order in favor of the customer.
Also they are flexible with the pre-paid minutes if you upgrade you can keep the minutes as a loyal customer, that is a nice gesture too.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really,
sometimes it would be nice to have a limited time for an extra license if you need to watch 2 screens on 2 different clients at once.
(like a monthly debit of 30 minutes so you can save your time if you don't use it. If by any change you need to temporarily have access to 2 screens for 2 or 3 hours a year, you don't pay seperate for an coupon of 500 minutes)

Don't doubt too much, just try it and experience the ease of the product.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
To easily enter the clients computer with 2FA in the safest way i would hope to do this, when the client needs us we need to make a safe connection. ISL lets us do this better than teamviewer or anydesk and for a correct pricing model.
