What do you like best?

The ability to see different nodes and the call flow between them helps understand and point issues - like if we need to analyze SIP (VoLTE) 4xx or 5xx errors and which node is originating that message, IRIS view would help. Also another good feature is the ability to convert IRIS view traces to pcap files - which can be shared across.

What do you dislike?

has heavy dependency on Java and can be very slow if the call trace is very large. Also needs good amount of RAM for the application to work well.

Analyze VoLTE failures - like call failures, message failures, media issues, etc
