Advanced user of IRI Price and Trade AdvantageThe best feature has been the launch of the Unify platform. Dashboards are now much more dynamic and the data can be quickly changed and viewed without the need to export right away.
The coding quality of items and their attributes is not great. Many errors occur and we have to consistently submit requests to have items changed.
Put more effort into coding products. It is frustrating for companies to have to constantly comb through and check the coding of products to validate they have been coded correctly.
Also, the panel needs to be much larger. When there is a small retailer or a small category, the panel CSIA data is not usable.
