Could not recommend Cresicor enough for fast-growing CPG brands.

What do you like best?

Cresicor has an extremely user-friendly interface that makes it easy to navigate and much less painful to create, modify, duplicate promotions than other TPM systems. Cresicor offers a wide range of features, including Planning, Deductions Management, Analytics, Broker Commissions, etc. The best part of Cresicor is the team behind it, as they are great to work with, fast to act and resolve any issues, and are constantly rolling out new features and updates.

What do you dislike?

I have not come across any TPM systems in the market that have as strong of a team behind it and such a strong offering at a reasonable price.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With the insights that Cresicor provides, we can easily identify any invalid chargebacks/deductions that come through and turn around and dispute them with our customers and distributors, having an immediate positive financial impact. We have more insight than ever before into Customer Profitability and Trade Rates and the drivers behind them. We feel like we have a better hold overall on our company promotion planning and trade spend.
