Makes follow up easy but can be buggy at times

What do you like best?

InTouch makes it easy to follow up with prospective members. The tools included are useful and the followup does help bring in new members.

What do you dislike?

The technology can be buggy and unreliable at times. Our fitness club's kiosk is linked to InTouch and often loses connection to the program which makes it difficult to see our flow of guests/follow up with prospective members. There is no way to merge duplicate contacts which can be frustrating.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

InTouch makes following with prospects and getting them to join the club very simple.
