Advanced user of InterGuard Employee Monitoring SoftwareI purchased this system because the sales team promised I would be able to easily monitor my employees' activities at a glance using their online platform. This ended up being far from true. The sytem was not real time as promised and was very difficult to navigate. I spent thousands of dollars with an outside IT company trying to get Interguard to work as promised to no avail. Interguard is not user friendly and certainly does not give you the ability to monitor your employees' activities easily.
There was not a single thing that I liked. My number 1 request was to be able to see when my employees were working at their computers versus not working at their computers. I was told that Ingerguard would track down time after 30 seconds if the employee stopped typing. Again, this was not true. In the end, this was a huge waste of money and I was sold a product that did not deliver.
I need to be able to see whether my employees are actively using or not using their computers during work hours at a glance.
There are no benefits to this software.
